Day four of my 8 week healthy lifestyle challenge!

Daily/weekly goals:
1. Take a weekly progress photo
2. Make your bed every morning
3. 1 gallon of water a day
4. Workout at least 5 days a week (any type of workout you’d like… lifting weights, running, swimming, biking, etc.)
5. 15-30 minutes of yoga a day (depending on your schedule)
6. All but 3 meals a week must be made and eaten at home
7. Meal prep for at least one daily meal
8. Go outside for at least 10 minutes and leave your phone at home/in the car
9. No alcohol
