Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work one after the other with no rest in between. After you have completed all exercises then rest for 1 minute and repeat for 3-4 total rounds.

Each Round is 5 minutes and total workout (3 rounds) is 20 minutes

1. Single Kettlebell Swing (Right) – 30 seconds 1:20
2. Single KB Bent Over Row (Right) – 30 seconds 1:36
3. Single Racked Reverse Lunge (Right) – 30 Seconds 1:52
4. Single KB Push Up (Right) – 30 seconds 2:09
5. Burpees 2:24
6. Single Kettlebell Swing (Left) – 30 seconds 2:41
7. Single KB Bent Over Row (Left) – 30 seconds 3:01
8. Single Racked Reverse Lunge (Left) – 30 Seconds 3:15
9. Single KB Push Up (Left) – 30 seconds 3:33
10. Burpees 3:46
